Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
How Do We Get Started?
Getting started is easy! Schedule a consultation call with our team, and we’ll walk you through how to implement All-Inclusive Packages at your venue. We’ll tailor the package to fit your space, clientele, and business goals. Once everything is set, you can start booking clients with ease!
Is There A Long Term Contract?
We ask venues to sign a 12-month contract. This allows us to work together through a full booking and wedding season, ensuring the best results for your venue. A full year gives us the opportunity to refine the process, maximize bookings, and create a seamless experience for both you and your couples. After the initial term, you can choose to renew or adjust as needed!
Who Controls The Client Experience?
Your venue remains at the heart of the experience! Couples book directly with you, and we simply help streamline the planning process. You’ll still provide tours, set expectations, and create an amazing wedding experience, but without all the added stress of managing vendors.
How Said Yes Works
How does said yes make money?
Said Yes builds a small management fee into each All-Inclusive Package. Our goal is to help venues grow their business and help couples simplify wedding planning. As we naturally expand, our other divisions—like our registry, store, and honeymoon fund—also grow, creating more value for everyone.
How involved does my venue need to be in the planning process?
Your level of involvement is totally up to you! Said Yes manages vendor communication, payments, and coordination. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like, focusing on what you do best—providing an incredible venue for weddings.
Can we brand the All-Inclusive package under our venue name?
Absolutely! Your branding is important, and our system works behind the scenes to enhance your venue’s reputation. The package can be presented as part of your venue’s offering, while we handle the logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
What vendors do you need for a package?
Our recommended vendor categories include catering, entertainment/DJ, floral, bakery, rentals, and day-of coordination. However, packages are fully customizable based on your venue’s needs and location.
What if I need help finding vendors for my package?
Said Yes prefers you provide a list of trusted vendors you’ve worked with before. This ensures confidence in their performance and reliability. If you need to fill gaps in certain vendor categories, we recommend networking within your local vendor community—many vendors are eager to join All-Inclusive Packages!
customization & Client interaction
Can the package be an add-on to the venue rental?
Yes! You can offer the package as an optional upgrade. However, we’ve found that couples love the ease of one contract and one payment, which includes the venue fee along with all other services.
How does the couple connect with the vendors?
We handle vendor introductions in an organized manner, guiding couples through the planning process. Each couple is assigned an administrative coordinator who ensures they stay on track with their vendor meetings and selections.
Can my venue provide the day-of coordination?
Yes! This is a great opportunity for an additional revenue stream. No one knows your venue better than you, and if you want to offer in-house coordination, we fully support that!
What happens if a couple wants a vendor that isn’t in our package?
Flexibility is key! Couples can request additional vendors outside of the package, and we’ll work to integrate their choices seamlessly. If they choose a vendor who isn’t part of the package, they’ll be responsible for booking and managing them separately.
payments & policies
How are venues and vendors paid?
Payments are handled electronically. The deposit and final payments are disbursed based on the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring that venues and vendors are compensated efficiently. Payment schedules are discussed in detail during your consultation call.
What if a couple books a package but then cancels?
Our contract outlines clear cancellation policies. Deposits are typically non-refundable, and vendor cancellation policies apply accordingly. This protects the venue and vendors while maintaining a fair approach for couples.
